  • Dictionary and Custom Attributes

    This section provides a practical overview of the Dictionary and Custom Attributes part of Stratio Data Governance.

    • Custom Attributes

      1. En la parte de Configuración → Asset Management crear los siguientes Custom Attributes funcionales:
        • requerido_[USER] (string) : Define si un dato, desde la perspectiva de negocio debe ser requerido. Valores posibles {Sí, No}
        • objetivo_gobierno_[USER] (numérico) : Define en qué año se debe gobernar este dato alineado con el plan de implementación de la oficina del dato. Valores posibles {2023, 2024, 2025}
      2. Asignar los Custom Attributes a las siguientes tablas y columnas
        • objetivo_gobierno_[USER] en la tabla de Postgres practica_paciente con cualquier valor y en el csv practica_episodio.csv en su carpeta personal de hdfs.
        • requerido_[USER] en el campo nhc de la tabla de Postgres practica_paciente con valor "Sí" y en el campo teléfono con valor "No"

    • Custom Attributes

              In the Settings → Asset Management section, create the following functional Custom Attributes:

        • required_[USER] (string): Defines whether data, from a business perspective, must be required. Possible values {Yes, No}

        • government_objetive_[USER] (numeric): Defines the year in which this data must be governed, aligned with the data office’s implementation plan. Possible values {2024, 2025, 2026}


        Assign the Custom Attributes to the following tables and columns:

        • required_[USER] in the salesquota field

        • government_objetive_[USER] in the sales.salesperson table
